A Faucet with Soap Foam Generation Device
This invention discloses a faucet with a soap foam generation device, comprising a faucet body, a water supply valve, a first Venturi tube, a liquid pump, and a foaming assembly arranged within the faucet body. By providing the foaming assembly, the water-liquid mixture in the first Venturi tube is aerated and further refined before output, improving the mixing effect and the density of the output. This avoids the need for specialized diluents in the liquid bottle and solves the problem of poor mixing when using undiluted cleaning liquid at high concentration. Additionally, the use of a pressure-reducing flow control valve and a liquid volume control valve improves water inlet and liquid inlet efficiency.

A Mobile Bathing Machine for Independent Use by Mobility-Impaired Persons
This invention provides a mobile bathing machine suitable for independent use by persons with limited mobility, comprising a machine body, a walking device, a positioning device, and a cleaning seat assembly. By providing the walking device and positioning device, the machine body can move under computer or remote control, allowing the bathing machine to move out independently. The cleaning area ensures users can conveniently move into the machine for bathing without long-distance movement. The cleaning seat assembly ensures users can bathe while seated. The water supply pipe maintains sufficient water pressure even at the far end from the water source during cleaning, ensuring bathing efficiency for seated users and reducing physical exertion for both the user and assisting personnel.

Sensor Sanitaryware Core Technology FAQ
Using 4 AA alkaline batteries (rated 2000mAh) with 200 uses per day as an example:
• Single open-close cycle (open+close pulse) consumption = 300mA × 0.03s × 2 = 18mAs.
• Daily dynamic consumption = 18mAs × 200 = 3600mAs = 1mAh.
• Daily static consumption = 0.03mA × 24h = 0.72mAh.
• Total daily consumption ≈ 1.72mAh.
• Theoretical rated life = 2000mAh / 1.72 ≈ 1163 days ≈ 3.2 years.
Low-voltage protection must be considered for actual usable capacity: The product low-battery warning triggers at 4.6V (1.15V per cell). When alkaline batteries discharge to 1.15V, approximately 30-40% capacity remains, giving an actual usable capacity of about 1200-1400mAh. Therefore:
• Conservative usable life = 1200mAh / 1.72 ≈ 698 days ≈ 1.9 years.
• Measured in typical household use: over 3 years achievable; commercial high-frequency environments: over 1.5 years.
GIBO also offers dual-power solutions (AC + battery backup) to prevent downtime.
① High-Precision Gesture Recognition: Can identify different distances and gestures (e.g., short-range for water, long-range for soap, hover for adjustment), while IR only detects presence/absence.
② Strong Light Immunity: TOF measures phase differences of modulated light, so ambient light (including sunlight) has virtually no effect on measurement accuracy; IR fails under strong light.
③ Material-Independent, Color-Insensitive: dTOF works reliably on black, white, mirror, stainless steel, ceramic, transparent objects, PU, and human skin, with distance error <4% (±1cm). IR is significantly affected by object color and reflectivity, with errors exceeding 10%.
④ Breakthrough in dTOF High-Power Bottleneck: Traditional TOF consumes far more power than IR, limiting battery-powered applications. GIBO's proprietary low-power Liteon smart sensing technology and 20 years of iterative software algorithms achieve standby power of just 30µA for mass-produced dTOF solutions, matching IR power levels—truly achieving "high performance + low power."
This technology is now mass-deployed in high-end sensor faucets, smart toilet lid opening, gesture-controlled showers, and other applications.
① Self-Cleaning Anti-Clog Valve Core Structure: Uses fluid dynamics to automatically flush away impurities, preventing jamming.
② Low Water Hammer Soft Start-Stop Control: Reduces mechanical shock, protecting the diaphragm and extending life.
③ High-Quality Brass & Corrosion-Resistant Materials: Precision moving iron core design, nitrile rubber diaphragm, passing 24-hour acid salt spray test at Level 10.
④ IP67 Waterproof Coil Design: Solenoid valve coil fully potted, waterproof and moisture-proof, suitable for long-term use in humid environments.
GIBO's patented solenoid valves are deployed in sensor faucets, sensor flush valves, smart showers, and other products. Tested in CNAS-certified laboratories, they are suitable for China's northern high-hardness water quality and high-frequency commercial use environments.
